Roofing Services in Magnolia, NJ
Seven jobs, each with its own page. Every one of them includes a look at what is happening under the deck, because that is where the next failure is already being set up.

Name a job, or describe what changed
Few people ring up with a service in mind. They ring because an upstairs room has started running hot, because a ceiling marked, or because ice built along one eave last winter and nowhere else. Any of those is a better opening than a service name, and the right page gets sorted out on the call.

Roof Replacement
A full tear-off with the loft put right while the roof is open, which is the only moment the ventilation is cheap to fix.

Roof Inspections
Sixty minutes above the deck and thirty below it, since the underside is what tells you when the covering will give up.

Roof Repair
Pinpoint work where the shingles still have years ahead of them, confirmed by checking what the deck beneath them is doing.

Roof Leak Repair
Tracing water back to where it enters, and telling the difference between a leak and condensation that only looks like one.

Storm & Hail Damage Roof Repair
Wind and hail damage found by hand on the slope and documented before anything is repaired or claimed.

OSHA certified crews
Whatever the job turns out to be, the people doing it work to an OSHA standard: anchors, harnesses and edge protection before anybody steps onto a slope. It says nothing about how your roof will perform, and everything about how the work gets done on your house.
What we do not take on
Residential asphalt. Flat and low-slope membrane systems, standing seam, tile and anything above a shop or a warehouse belong to other trades and we will say so rather than learn on your building. Solar arrays are removed and reset by whoever installed them.
Let the visit pick the job
If more than one of the seven could apply, an hour above and below the deck settles it.
