Information We Collect
When you telephone we write down what is needed to find the property and come back to you: a name, a telephone number, the address, and whatever you describe about the roof and the rooms beneath it.
At the visit we make our own record — measurements, notes on each slope, photographs of the deck and the loft, and the written estimate that follows. Where work goes ahead, that record grows to include the agreed scope, the materials and the dates the crew was on site.
This website has no contact form, no newsletter, no booking tool and no account to create. Nothing here gathers anything by itself, so what we hold is what you told us on the phone or at the house.
How We Use Your Information
To find the right house, carry out the visit, write the estimate, order materials against it, schedule the crew and answer questions about the job afterwards.
Photographs of a deck or a loft are kept because they are the only record of what was there before it was covered up, and because a question asked next year deserves a real answer.
We do not use any of it to advertise unrelated services and we do not sell it.
Cookies and Tracking
This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies of its own, carries no advertising pixels and builds no profile of visitors. Your browser keeps its usual cache and clears it whenever you do.
How We Share Information
Suppliers receive quantities and a delivery address when materials are ordered. Where a permit is required, the municipal office in Magnolia or the borough concerned receives what the application asks for.
We may disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to bring or defend a legal claim. Nothing else is passed on, rented or sold.
Data Security
Estimates, measurements, photographs and job records are held on password-protected devices and accounts, reachable only by the people working on your roof. No method of storage is perfectly secure and we will not claim otherwise, but the circle of access is deliberately small.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask what we hold about your property, ask for the photographs and written findings, or ask us to delete the record once the work is finished. Telephone the number on this site and ask.
You may decline to give us anything, though a loft cannot be inspected without an address to go to.
Third-Party Links
Some pages link outward, usually to a manufacturer's installation literature or a ventilation standard. Those sites have their own privacy practices and we do not control them.
Children's Privacy
This is a service for property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children and nothing here is aimed at them.
Changes to This Policy
A revised policy appears on this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means the revised version applies.
